TSATF Director and FCUCC member Lisa Cremeans:
I have worked at the Huntington Veterans Affairs Hospital for 20 years first as a LPN and now as RN for the past 15 years. I have been involved with Tri-State AIDS Task Force for 18 years. I have worked in many types of positions at the Task Force. Currently, I am the Executive Director and oversee all aspects of the program. I write all the grants and oversee them to assure all guidelines are met. I am strong in my commitments to my family, my partner, my community and my church. I volunteer for the Cabell Huntington Health Department to provide HIV testings in our commmunity through Ora-Sure testing. I serve on many committees at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in order to better serve our Veterans.
